Pricing
All Prices and charges will be guaranteed ninety (90) days prior to ___/____/_____

Multiple Entrees
1. If there is a difference between the entrees, the higher price will prevail for all entrees
2. Normal guarantee procedure (14days) is required indicating the number of each entree
3. A form of entree indication is required at the guest table (colored tickets coded name tag, ect.) This will enable better service by our staff during the meal service.

Service Charge and Sales Tax
An 18% service charge will be added to all event purchases along with an 5.5% sales tax will be added to all products and services unless it is stated that the price includes such taxes. Groups requesting state tax exemptions must submit a copy of their tax exemption certificate with their first payment.

Other Fees
Our menus and services are fee friendly and designed to be done in parks or private property. We have not included the "on premise fee" charge for various establishments that charge an additional fee te the caterers. This fee various from venue to venue.

Cancellations
If you find the need to cancel, deposits will be forfeited and the following charges will apply. (whichever is greater)
60 days or less - 50% of anticipated revenue
29 days or less - 75% of anticipated revenue
06 days or less - 100% of anticipated revenue

Exclusivity Agreement
With the exception of wedding or anniversary cakes, mints and nuts all food and n/a beverages (except bar mixes) must be purchased through Exceptional Catering. When providing your own wedding or anniversary cakes you are responsible for providing your own plates, forks and napkins. If we are forced to provide them for you at that time there will be a charge of $.50 per person

Food and Beverage Regulations
leftover food may remain with the client if it is determined by Exceptional Catering staff to be within safe health parameters. EC staff will provide the containers and package up these leftovers at a fee of $25. After food is in the possession of the client, EC will not be responsible for the quality or condition of that food. Please initial _____ yes, or _____ no

Personal Guarantee:
In consideration of the execution of the within agreement by Exceptional Catering, at the request of the undersigned and the undersigned client guarantees personally the punctual performance of the client and its legal representatives and assigns of all terms in said agreement.

Exceptional Catering shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any of the parties to this agreement if Exceptional Catering is unable to fulfill any part of its obligation due to flood, storm, snow, earthquake, or other acts of god, war, or beyond the control of Exceptional Catering.

This Agreement shall be governed under the laws of Wisconsin.
