Once again you have outdone yourself. Everyone who attended
my daughter’s wedding in August (2009) raved about the appetizers and buffet
that you provided. The sliced meat was awesome, vegetables fresh, and service
wonderful. You made my life easier that day; not a worry or hiccup about the
food. This is the third time you have catered for us (pig roast weddings on the
others) and I would highly recommend your catering to anyone who asks. You are
easy to work with, have great suggestions, and a superb cook!

Todd was an excellent caterer to work with. For our wedding, we wanted
something unique (gourmet pizzas) rather than the standard "chicken or fish."
Todd was the only caterer in Madison that offered gourmet pizzas. More
importantly, he worked with us to customize the event. Not only did he provide
a wide selection of delicious options for our guests, but he presented it in way
that made "pizza and beer" fit for a wedding. Our guests loved the food and the
service. Todd personally walked around asking people how they liked their
meal! We wanted a wedding and reception that was special to us and memorable
for our guests, and Todd was able to deliver!

Todd catered our 10th anniversary party for Smart Solutions Inc. in
2006. He did a great job and we were very impressed with the quality of
the food on the buffet and how well it was presented.
Todd took the time to help us select the drinks and appetizers that
would work best for our event. We had a large number of people
including clients, friends and employees and wanted to provide
substantial, hot food that they could eat on the fly. People raved
about the quality of the food and the event was a huge success.

as no running water (we are self contained). We are currently approved at the
